What HII is

HII is the operating (doing business as) name of a design and development consultancy based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We install AI systems on client hardware, provide hands-on training, and design and build custom software — native and web applications and AI integrations — along with design and graphics work and business development plans. The waitlist reserves your place for a consultation; joining it does not create a purchase, and pricing shown on the site is locked for waitlist members but payable only when you engage our services.

HII is an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller for Apple Inc. — we guide your hardware choices and teach you to run your systems, and you purchase your own devices from Apple or the retailer of your choice.

Pricing, support hours, and consultation

Visitors in Canada see and are quoted in CAD; visitors outside Canada see and are quoted in USD. The numeric amounts stay the same in either currency and are not exchange-rate conversions. Your applicable currency is confirmed before purchase and recorded with a waitlist signup.

Consultation is billed at $555 CAD per hour for clients in Canada and $555 USD per hour for clients outside Canada. Essentials is $5,000 CAD or USD, and Studio is $10,000 CAD or USD, according to the location rule above. Packages include a support window and a set number of included support hours: Essentials includes up to 4 support hours within its 30-day window, and Studio includes up to 9 support hours within its 90-day window. Professional engagements define their included support hours and 12-month window in the engagement agreement, using the same principle: the included support hours, valued at the applicable consultation rate, do not exceed one half of the package price.

Support beyond the included hours, or after the support window ends, is available at the applicable $555 CAD or USD consultation rate per hour. Unused support hours have no cash value and expire with the support window. Included hours cover support of your installed system; new features, integrations, and builds are scoped and quoted separately.

Text message (SMS) terms

When you join the waitlist and check the consent box, you expressly agree that HII may contact you by text message at the phone number you provided — about your waitlist spot, scheduling your consultation, and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also opt out any time by emailing hi@hii.cc. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your contact information.

No warranties

The site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep information current and accurate, but we make no warranties about the site's availability or content. Service engagements are governed by the written agreement you sign with us, not by this page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HII is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of your use of this site or our SMS program, are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. You agree that the courts of Alberta, sitting in Calgary, have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision; continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
